To find out whether we are a good fit, we have established a three-stage application process. We have adapted this due to the current corona situation. As your health and that of the other participants is important to us, first and second interviews will temporarily take place virtually. At the personal meeting we take care of the currently necessary distancing and hygiene rules into account of course.
Transparency is important to us. This is why during the process you will get to know not only your manager but also other colleagues who you may work with in future.
