Job Summary:
The role involves working in the Corporate sales department for an emerging business vertical involving corporate hospital sales and account management. The role involves working with various hospitals (single-center or Large multi-center chains), promoting and selling Thieme EIDO’s Informed Consent product to them.
 
We are looking for a dynamic individual, with a go-getter attitude, who has a will to work under pressure in an upcoming business vertical.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Contact key job titles at potential customer sites (hospitals) to introduce them to Thieme EIDO’s Informed Consent tool.
  • To own, maintain and develop existing and new tactical and strategic relationships at customer/potential customer sites (hospitals) to identify opportunities to drive revenue growth from the customer.
  • At both existing customer and potential customer sites (hospitals), identify individual contacts and develop tactical and strategic relationships with the key decision-makers, but not limited to: CEO/COO, Medical Directors, Divisional leads /clinical directors, Consultant surgeons, Clinical Safety Officers, Medical superintendent, Head of Legal/Medico-Legal, Head of IT, Consent Leads. Identify purchasing budget/buying center and purchasing process 
  • Ensure all of the above contacts are aware of the full Thieme EIDO product suite and its value to the customer’s business and present the appropriate Thieme EIDO solution to meet hospital needs.
  • Identify where each hospital is on its respective journey to becoming paperless / fully digital and, within that journey, where and when digitized consent will occur. 
  • Follow warm leads obtained via Healthcare Industry Conferences and marketing campaigns to find new sales opportunities.
  • To position THIEME EIDO as the business partner of choice for informed consent.
  • Market Research and awareness (total market, new/emerging market, competition research, monitoring, tracking, etc.) and increase informed consent product awareness.
  • Client Presentation, Deal Negotiation, prepares proposals/agreements & negotiates the terms of agreement and closing the sales, Follow-up process.
  • Ensure the renewal of each customer contract, ensuring Thieme EIDO’s value to the customer is communicated and understood and to increase revenue from existing customers.
  • Participate in targeted Seminars /Exhibitions/Conferences around healthcare and covering potential target hospitals. 
  • Ensure achievement of sales target revenue and collection
  • Reports regularly on sales activity, revenue forecasts, and closure timelines
  • Engage with the marketing team to manage product-specific marketing and promotion as per the requirements and needs of the segment.
  • Forecasting and reporting of progress.

Required Background & skills:

  • Ability to segment and prioritize the market
  • Should have knowledge and skills of selling solutions to the healthcare/hospital segment and digital product sales - track record of closing successful sales, achieving targets and customer retention to the private hospitals in the region.
  • Experience of working with all levels of healthcare staff at the hospital, including but not limited to CEO/COO, Medical Directors, Divisional leads /clinical directors, Consultant surgeons, Clinical Safety Officers, Medical superintendent, Head of Legal/Medico-Legal, Head of IT, Consent Leads
  • Ideally, knowledge and understanding of the informed consent process to surgical or medical treatment (and laws around it).
  • Customer focused with a ‘can do’ attitude.  Strong presentational skills, Good communication skills - a “people person” Good social skills / out-going character.Ability to apprehend the product/therapeutic terms
  • Able to work well on own and within a team environment.
  • Graduate/Post Graduate with relevant experience in Sales – MBA Healthcare/Hospital management, Clinical research, MBBS/BDS/MPharm with relevant business and sales experience
  • Strong client management/hands-on account experience
