Thieme India seeks a highly motivated and results-driven Marketing Associate to execute and manage marketing activities. This critical role requires a blend of strategic thinking, hands-on digital marketing expertise, and strong communication skills. The core focus will be on implementing marketing plans, running campaigns, and reporting to boost awareness and demand generation and assist in revenue growth.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Create detailed marketing activity plans and manage their successful execution to generate demand, leads and customer loyalty.
  • Plan, execute, and manage all aspects of digital marketing campaigns, including organic and paid social media, SEO, content, and email marketing.
  • Create essential marketing collaterals to support sales promotions and ensure content aligns with the target audience's needs.
  • Manage successful planning, execution, logistics, and reporting for all conferences, events and webinars, including negotiating sponsorships and maintaining the calendar.
  • Define, track, and analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure campaign success and prepare regular, detailed reports for stakeholders.
  • Manage the Student Ambassador Program, handling recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing engagement to foster strong brand advocacy.

Required Background & skills:

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably within academic publishing or the healthcare industry. Experience with scholarly publishing and research is a major advantage.
  • Hands-on knowledge of digital marketing best practices, including email marketing, content marketing, and social media strategy (paid and organic).
  • Comfortable using Marketing Automation platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to define KPIs, interpret complex data, and translate insights into actionable marketing plans.Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Highly organized with strong project management capabilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
