As part of the Data & AI team, I work on AI-powered features that make our digital products future-ready. For example, chatbots that provide intuitive access to our comprehensive medical resources. I use the latest LLMs and develop machine learning models across the entire pipeline, from prototyping to live operation. The interdisciplinary collaboration and open exchange within the team inspire me every day. After years in eCommerce, I’m especially excited to apply my skills to something meaningful and support medical professionals in training and practice.
