Product Strategy & VisionÂ
- Strategic Leadership: You own the strategic direction for AI-powered search and decision support as a core capability within the Thieme product portfolio, reporting directly to the CTO.Â
- Driving Innovation: You shape the vision for intelligent search and chat, ensuring our medical products remain cutting-edge for healthcare professionals.
End-to-end ownershipÂ
- Full Lifecycle Responsibility: Your team is responsible for the development, integration, and continuous improvement of AI-driven search: from classic keyword search and semantic retrieval to RAG-based systems and the chat frontend.Â
- The Bridge between Product & Tech: As a Technical Product Manager, you operate at the intersection of product and engineering:Â
- You collaborate with product leads, transforming user needs into strategic product decisions and a clear technical roadmap.Â
- As Tech Lead, you and your team identify the optimal technological solutions and implement them efficiently.Â
Team building & leadershipÂ
- Cultivating Excellence: You will build and lead a modern, cross-functional development team, uniting all the skills necessary – from search backend to frontend – to bring our roadmap to life.Â
Measuring success
- Data-Driven Optimization: You define KPIs for product and technology goals (e.g., search quality, performance, user satisfaction) and use data to drive continuous improvement.Â
